YOUR TRANSFORMATION

What Is All-On-4?

All-On-4 is a full-arch dental restoration that uses just four strategically placed implants to support a complete row of permanent, custom-crafted teeth. It's designed for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth — or who have failing teeth that need to be replaced — and want a permanent solution that doesn't involve removable dentures.

The "4" in All-On-4 refers to four titanium implants per arch, placed at precise angles to maximize bone contact. This technique often eliminates the need for bone grafting, even in patients who have experienced significant bone loss — making it accessible to more patients than traditional implant methods.

Many patients receive their provisional teeth in 1 day. Swelling and tenderness typically settle within 1 to 2 weeks, and most people return to normal activity within 1 week. The implants then fuse with your jawbone over the following 2 to 4 months before your final custom arch is placed.

Many patients receive provisional (temporary) teeth on the same day as their implant surgery. The final custom arch is placed months later once osseointegration is complete.

THE JOURNEY

Your All-On-4 Journey

All-On-4 follows four clear steps: a consultation with digital scans and 3D imaging, implant surgery in a single appointment, a healing period while the implants fuse with your jawbone, and placement of your final custom arch. Here is what happens at each stage and when.
